sanjibdutta AFE is very much still there. If you are on the LABS.GENERATIVEAI page, you need to select the menu in the top right and go back to the feature gallery and load AFE. If you want AFE to open by default whenever you open the Excel Labs taskpane, you can select "Remember my choice".
