I was excited to try this out, but I couldn't get past Step 2. I don't find options to create a new environment. I only see one environment with my company name and "(upgrade)" next to it. Maybe it's because I've never used Dynamics 365 admin center. Are there prerequisites required that aren't noted?
I found the ability to add Environments from the Power Platform admin center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments), but didn't know what Type (Sandbox, Production, Trial) to choose. Is this the same as Step 2?
Edit: Actually, I realized that Step 1 didn't work for me either ("Invalid Parameters Specified"), so maybe I was wrong to just go to https://make.powerapps.com/.
