Hi VincentDal - Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I am not sure if it is fixed. Experienced same behavior until yesterday evening. I have been monitoring TAC daily and it is very intermittent. Suddenly shows several rooms offline but they are all physically/technically fine. And sometimes it shows the same room account/device on both offline and healthy status and we have to remove the duplicate/offline one manually. All of these happening since last couple of weeks. Today Morning (UK Time) so far it's okay. Do you know what was changed and when?
