OneDrive, Assignments, and Learning Accelerators are now Generally Available in Microsoft 365 LTI

I'm sorry if this is somewhere and I am just completely overlooking it, but our college just started using the LTI with Blackboard Ultra. Is there a way to create an assignment in Teams OR in Blackboard Ultra and have it show up in both places? I am looking for a "have your cake and eat it too" scenario where students can use Teams to access their assignments natively in the Teams app, and the grades would be synced to BB. If students want to work in BB, they can also see the assignments and those grades are also synced to BB and Teams native. Is this possible, or do we have something configured incorrectly?
