Time Zone Updates for North Korea

Microsoft is aware of the following time zone change for which Windows Updates will be made available over the next few months: North Korea will turn its clocks forward by 30 minutes. The change will take effect at midnight 11:30 pm on May 4, local time. We are recommending using “Korea Standard Time” | “(UTC+09:00) Seoul” until updates are available.
