Encontré una solución con el problema en el desface de las reuniones en Outlook o Teams lo pude solucionar con la siguiente KB KB5023696 les dejo el link:

solo deben seleccionar y descargar la versión adecuada de acuerdo con su SO (funcionó para Windows 10). instalarla y al reiniciar el equipo después de la instalación debería solucionarse.
Yo he probado con 2 equipos satisfactoriamente.
