It seems a large number of mailboxes are getting the "No log file was written for user" message. Does that mean the user has no calendar entries?

Q: We are in the middle of running the rebase tool now.  It seems a large number of mailboxes are getting the "No log file was written for user" message.  Does that mean the user has no calendar entries?  or none that are in the delta period?
A: It means there are no calendar entries for that user, in the period of DST change.  That is an expected response.
