Is there a way to submit information for modified time zones?
Recently Mexico voted to drop the use of DST from 2023 and so on. This bill will change the DST use from April 2023, but along this bill, they also voted to set America/Chihuahua on America/Mexico_City, and this was set on place on October 30. So, now computers which are set to America/Chihuahua, are one hour behind the legal time, and this is causing a lot of problems over here.
Is there an emergency update coming in to account this change? Or is there any way to overcome this, besides setting each computer to America/Mexico_City?
