We confirmed with Microsoft that changing the registry value mentioned by JustinKlapp is supported and will result in the desired outcome of delaying the DST change. I see that JAbarca states that none of these solutions are approved by Microsoft, but we did open an advisory case to ensure this solution would have the intended effect
