How will Exchange Online/OWA handle calendar events already created for dates after November 1, 2026 using "Pacific Time (US & Canada)" when the new "Pacific Time (British Columbia)" zone becomes available? Will existing appointments be migrated/rebased, or will organizers need to recreate or modify them?
