Hi folks, unfortunately this update doesn't seem to have been installed on my windows 11 23H2
When selecting Greenland as time zone, it says UTC -3, but will display the wrong time by an hours. When it should be 10:30 AM it will display 9:30 AM
I have not installed any additional updates as I have just come across this thread which is from 2023.
Any guidance on how to get the time zones updated?
