Sorry for posting in here, but is it possible for someone at Microsoft to take a look at the following or be put in touch with someone?
In MSSQL Server 14.0.3445.2, the Daylight Savings flag (is_currently_dst) on this function has not yet changed from 0 to 1 even thought in this Timezone time should go forward from 2am to 3am, being the last Sunday in September.
SELECT * FROM sys.time_zone_info where name = 'New Zealand Standard Time'
We saw similar with 'E. Australia Standard Time' last year, and in those cases the flag did change but it was 12 hours late.
I am assuming some sort of bug here.
Have seen in enterprise and home environments with the latter (at least) fully patched.
