Setting up NDES using a Group Managed Service Account (gMSA)

Thank you for this informative step by step on using gMSA for NDES. I was going through setting up for Intune when I saw the intune.training guys using a regular service account.

One quick question for the Post-Installation IIS configuration step, you mention Configure a binding for https using the host name and Server Name Indication (SNI) -  But what site are you adding the binding to? The Default Web Site? Could you give an example of what the hostname and SNI would look like? And what would that site binding look like?
