G-At-Work From my end I also still experience issues. Today I got the confirmation that they were able to reproduce the issue, so let's see what comes out....
And to explain which issue I have:
- Starting the laptop (cold boot) from home (no VPN)
- When signing in with the security key we get the familiar error: “Sorry try that again. There was an issue with the server.”
- But when directly trying again (second attempt) with the security key it does work
Ps, I also have issues with users that couldn't authenticate at all with the security key (same error: Sorry try that again. There was an issue with the server.”). I even tried during a simple lock/unlock with the VPN connected, but still the same error. Strangely it was solved by removing and re-adding the security key through myaccount.microsoft.com portal. Also for this a case is open, but no update so far.
