Update 2403 for Microsoft Configuration Manager current branch is now available.
FYI, our issues with PXE since upgrading to 2403 were down to the DP's being in different domains and although we have the Site System Installation Account configured, the PXE configuration was being initiated by the Primary Site Server computer account.
To workaround this, we manually added the Primary Site Server computer account to the local Administrators group on each of the DP's in the different domains and this allowed PXE to be configured.
Looks like a bug was introduced in 2403 where the Site System Installation Account is not honoured when configuring PXE.
