There's a bug in this. The management point cannot reinstall if the server already has a version of the Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable later than the one in the 2107 distribution files. It dies repeatedly with "Failed to Install Pre Req VCREDIST. Return Code is 1638", "This was a required Pre Req, can not continue". It tried to install version 14.28.29914.0 over version 14.29.30040.0. Surely this could have been written not call the VC runtime installer if a later version was already installed?
