Go Dark in Configuration Manager TP 2203

Dark mode is always good.  There should be nothing being released or updated now that does not have a dark mode option.  Many of us rely on dark themes for accessibility reasons.

That being said, the above looks a little unfinished with light bars and other light elements that could be themed better.  I presume there's more polish coming?  Also, are you doing something about the title bar?  It's been horrible for a very long time across many versions and doesn't conform to Microsoft's own UX guidelines.
