Changes to Configuration Manager product feedback

As Microsoft previously announced we're moving away from the UserVoice feedback sites. In the Configuration Manager console when you Send a suggestion, it will now temporarily redirect to the product feedback documentation page. For now, use the other feedback options to Send a smile and Send a frown.

We'll have a new community feedback experience to share soon. We'll carry over many of the top topics from UserVoice. Once our new experience is ready, if you don't see your feedback, you're welcome to resubmit it.
