RuiCunha thanks. How soon in VS 2022?

Can the above steps 1-4 be done manually and locally (on a developer's workstation)? I don't have access to a windows build agent (only linux).

I have an urgent need to deploy to PRD, and for the serverless parts, at the moment it looks like my only option is to edit and execute the sql scripts manually.
