Akshay_Attota yes the powershell commandlet does in fact successfully stop/start the triggers (I've not looked inside the commandlet code but my guess is it is just calling the REST API directly anyway).

 

As I understand it the commandlet code calls the REST API but has a bug in how it handles the return value and then throws the error up. Your solution to wrap in a try/catch will work too.
