Azure Storage TLS: Changes are coming! (…and why you care)

How can I sign up for notifications that Microsoft is updating Azure certificates?   

Last two times Microsoft had changed the certs, our app had stopped working because the consumer of the app caches the certs, and was no longer able to connect with the old certs.

I would like to be notified ahead of time of these cert changes.

We are getting our service through a third party / "cloud service provider", so consider that as part of the requirement as well.
