Hi, 

I have found out that the product terms limit Azure Hybrid Benefit for Azure Local to EA and CSP costumers only. This means that this functionality is only available for customers with active SA on CSP or EA. Do you know if this will change or the produc terms will be updated now that it has been renamed to Local?
