TimPHT -- I realize you didn't get a reply from anyone on this.  I'm in the same boat.  I've been waiting.  I've been seeing about creating a new subnet that is feature wave ready, but I think you have to create a new managed instance to do this.  That fails though because the nsg created by the existing instance conflict even though the rules are the same.
