I'm using Azure Blob Storage and my customer had report that they had downloaded a file with low speed sometimes. Then I find the log that the E2E latency is 32433. But the same time my customer trigger the same download but the E2E latency is 2538. My customer was doing the download at the same time and in the same network environment. The server latency in both download are 54 and 69 ms. High latency could make customer unsatisfied, I'd like to know if you have any suggestion to prevent high latency or how do I dig deeper in this issue?
