Some of the APIs are not very well written. For example the API for Log alerts has public network access parameter only on version 2022-08-01-preview and it is not available in any other version above including the latest preview version 2025-01-01-preview. Also the e-mail provided does not work as nobody outside of Microsoft can send you e-mail.
