We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 06/02, 07:12 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 06/01, 22:32 UTC and that during the 8 hours 42 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 1% of customers in West Europe region may have experienced data latency and data gaps issues.

We continue to investigate issues within Application Insights. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience data latency and data gaps. We are working to establish the start time for the issue, initial findings indicate that the problem began at 06/01 ~22:32 UTC. We currently have no estimate for resolution.
