We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/12, 05:24 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/12, 01:52 UTC and that during the 3 hours & 32 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced Data Latency, Data Access and delayed or misfired Alerts in West US region.
