We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/31, 15:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/30, 18:00 UTC and that during the 21 hours and 30 min that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced False Alerts on Availability Test in West Europe region.
