Thank you for the very useful article! I am currently working on benchmarking for my pipeline in a similar setting. I have a question regarding cost estimation. In the Cromwell task execution log, I can observe StartTime/EndTime (wall time?), as well as ExecutorDurationInSeconds, FileUploadDurationInSeconds, FileDownloadDurationInSeconds, and BlobXferImagePullDurationInSeconds, which can be considered as CPU time. I have been using PricePerHour as a multiplier to estimate the cost, but there is a significant difference when comparing wall time and CPU time. I am curious to know what cost estimation method was used in this article.
