Is there a way to configure a partition of one single node? I want to configure something like that:

# INTERMEDIATE PARTITION
PartitionName=intermediate MaxTime=2- State=UP Nodes=hpc-1 AllowGroups=rnd-2wheeler qos=notshort PriorityJobFactor=1
# SHORT PARTITION
PartitionName=short MaxTime=16:00:00 State=UP Nodes=hpc-1 AllowGroups=rnd-2wheeler qos=short PriorityJobFactor=3

 

Nodename=hpc-1 STATE=CLOUD CPUs=176 ThreadsPerCore=1 RealMemory=747110

 

Is there a possibility to specify in some variables also the allowgroups or priority job factor?

    You would need to manually configure the slurm.conf to do this.  The CycleCloud `azslurm` utility will not do this for you.  Whenever `azslurm scale` is run it will overwrite the `azure.conf` file, so make sure the manual changes to your `slurm.conf` happen after the `Include azure.conf` statement.
