Introducing Azure Deployment Environments

Hi Joni - Thanks for the great question! The service allows Dev infra teams to pre-configure all the Azure governance related settings and empower development teams with differentiated elevation of privilege to easily create different types of Environments in Azure. Developers need not be granted any Subscription/Resource Group level access and the deployments are instead executed using managed identities for improved security.

As ilik0 mentioned, this makes it super easy for the development teams to create and destroy environments on-demand without raising multiple requests to the Ops teams.
