Hello toddanglin 

I am reaching out to express my interest in launching a new user group focused on the Microsoft technology stack in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Currently, there is no dedicated Microsoft tech community in our region, and I believe this initiative can play a significant role in bringing together professionals, students, and enthusiasts who are passionate about Microsoft technologies.

Initially, we plan to begin as a small group, informally meeting at a friend’s residence due to space constraints. However, the vision is to grow into a vibrant and collaborative community that promotes learning, networking, and innovation.

We would greatly appreciate guidance on the following:

  • How to officially register this user group with Microsoft.
  • Best practices for highlighting our activities and contributions to the broader Microsoft community.

As a working name for our community, we are considering "Utkal Microsoft Cloud & AI Community", which we believe captures the essence of collaboration and regional identity.
