Your example shows you using *.mycompany.com, but you do not explain how you are able to use that and not database.windows.net.

 

I have followed your instructions and can get to my server using myname.database.windows.net.  But I am not able to use myname.mydomain.com.

 

Can you point to instructions on making that work?
