Thanks for the information,  I struggled finding the right type of target to use for Managed Instances.

I would like to add that the Kind of the Storage Account to be used should be StorageV2. Using Kind BlockBlobStorage will throw the following error: The target, "xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.package0.event_file", encountered a configuration error during initialization. Object cannot be added to the event session. (null)
