How to copy an Azure SQL Database to a different server or subscription using Azure Automation

Thank you, mohammad_belbaisi for the great post. 

This only works if the Elastic pool name is the same in Source and Target servers. 

Is there any way you could also provide a script that will work to copy the azure SQL databases to a different Elastic pool?

I tried but it failed. 

Source Server: elastic_elastic pool Name is elastic-pool1

Target Server: elastic pool Name is elastic-pool2

both the source and target server are in the same resource group. the limitation is that we can't have two elastic pools with the same name within the same resource group.
