Your script has both Connect-AzAccount and Connect-AzureAd cmdlets. Not sure why both are needed.

 

The Connect-AzureAd and New-AzureADApplicationKeyCredential cmdlets are part of the legacy Azure AD PowerShell module. I think it would be helpful if you updated the script to use the New-AzAdApplication cmdlet, which has a `-CertValue` parameter for specifying a base64-encoded certificate.
