How to startup your data flows execution in less than 5 seconds! (Public Preview)

I feel like this should be the default setting when someone enables TTL. I understand from my team that QTR feature is more in line with YARN architecture of not recycling worker nodes etc but as an end user of Azure Data Factory when I enable TTL my intention is to give best performance to my pipeline and I don't care about internal YARN architecture. If there are no benefits of keeping QTR off than I don't understand why it is not a default feature. Keeping it default means it will be less confusing and more simplified for the end user.
