The guide is clear, but still I got error: 

Retrieve GitHub Access Token
Failed to fetch personal access token. Please confirm the BYOA client id and secret are valid and that ADF has been granted access to the Azure Key Vault.
 
and I checked with the developer tool, it said that Encountered errors while decrypting AKV secret
