Billing Announcement: Azure Data Explorer Storage Adjustment (November 2025)

It was recently discovered that some Azure Data Explorer clusters were undercharging for the amount of data being stored. This was corrected on November 3^rd which may result in an increase in the Azure Data Explorer cluster storage cost for some customers. Below are the two meters that are affected by this change.

This does not affect any other meter categories but it’s possible that you’ll see an increase in the storage cost around November 3^rd. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
