Hello seankeegan 

A lot of people are waiting for the function of shorter usernames for SMTP. We have a big issue that we can´t use the SMTP Services with our MFA and also with other software because most of them don´t accept these long usernames. I heard that this is already in preview but I can´t see any anouncement about that and when it will coem to GA. Please help us with that urgent topic.

Thanks for the feedback! We know this is something users are asking for. While this is on our roadmap and something we're working on, it is not yet in private preview. Stay tuned for future announcements on this.
