I had developer a custom ACS-TEAMS app and all works fine!, but i make a test in a Bank in next conditions:

 

Agent - Windows 11 with TEAMS... 

Client (Bank), open ACS app in Chrome in Windows

 

ACS not works, client disconnect before Agent ADMIT...

 

Can be firewall?
