This looks great, but what evidence supports the “under 2 to 5 minutes” and “complete audit trail for compliance” claims across real production workloads, not just demo flows? Also, the dual-extraction design is interesting, but how does the system truly degrade gracefully if one extractor fails, given the orchestration appears to wait on both parallel tasks?
