I recently came across your article, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the clear and insightful information you provided. It has been incredibly helpful in my current work.

I am currently using OpenAI's assistant via Azure and have encountered a challenge that I hope you might be able to assist with. In the playground, the assistant successfully recognizes the files I’ve uploaded using the file search feature. However, when I attempt to do the same via the API, the files are not being recognized.

Would you have any insights or suggestions on how I might resolve this issue?
