Public Preview: Creating Web App with a Unique Default Hostname

tealc78 -- When I said "This ensures that the site I create will still have the exact same default hostname", that entire paragraph was specifically for a "delete and redeploy" scenario/example. Site names are unique at a regional level, meaning there can only be one site called "test" in a region. If a site named "test" already exists in Region A, you will not be able to create another site named "test" in the same region unless the original site in that region was deleted.
