This is a game-changer for the 'tribal knowledge' problem. Most SRE teams lose so much time because the history of past fixes lives in people's heads or buried in old Slack threads. Having an agent that natively learns from incident history to provide context in real-time is how we finally move from reactive firefighting to proactive engineering.
