Bobi_Bao The reason we have to remove our dependency on Azure Files is because Azure Files does not support identity-based connections. Which in turn means our scaling is limited. Do you know if there are any roadmap items in relation to supporting identity-based connection for Azure Files?
The Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark recommends that you disable access keys on Storage Accounts via the recommendation "Storage accounts should prevent shared key access". But then if we do that, we cannot use Azure Files with our Function Apps which means we lose scaling for our Windows-hosted Function Apps.
