Steve_Henry_MSFT​ - I'd like to share my experience with the quotas.

We have approximately 700 App Service Plans provisioned in our tenant across multiple regions - multiple subscriptions as part of a SaaS offering. We are billed through a CSP. 

- I have just learned that App Service Quotas are a ... thing  ... 1 year after their introduction through an error after calling an Azure API.
- I currently can not see my quotas through the Azure Portal in any of the subscriptions. The Quota APIs (old ones / new ones) don't respond to any Microsoft.Web requests.
- The only way I can discover what the quotas are in my subscriptions is to programmatically test a provisioning of a resource I suspect could be limited by a quota.
- Quota requests approval/denial is random. I have raised a couple tickets with MS through my CSP in order to get quotas for PremiumMV4 App Service Plans. Some quotas were increased some were denied. 
- I don't know what the quotas are for my existing SaaS products depending on the ability to provision P1v3s. In practice I do not currently know whether I can support the current primary revenue driver of the company and when does the show stop.
