Just found out there are somehttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/az.quota/get-azquota?view=azps-15.2.0 for the Quota. So check this out if you are IaC person:

$quota = Get-AzQuota -Scope "subscriptions/{subId}/providers/Microsoft.Network/locations/eastus2" -ResourceName "PublicIPAddresses"
$limit = New-AzQuotaLimitObject -Value ($quota.Limit.Value + 1)
New-AzQuota -Scope "subscriptions/{subId}/providers/Microsoft.Network/locations/eastus2" -ResourceName "PublicIPAddresses" -Name "PublicIPAddresses" -Limit $limit

Here you got to figure out the parameters on your own hehe: 

 

ResourceName: Resource name for a given resource provider. For example:
SKU name for Microsoft.Compute
SKU or TotalLowPriorityCores for Microsoft.MachineLearningServices For Microsoft.Network PublicIPAddresses.
