Trying to create a functions app. Found my way here after an hour of troubleshooting. Getting conflicting information that I don't have quota for Y1, but I don't need to request a quota for Y1. Not happy.

EntityAdam​ that's an understandable frustration. We're gradually simplifying this experience throughout the Public Preview, and we appreciate your patience as those revisions are made. Most importantly, did you find your way through and successfully deploy? Based on your other comments, I'm assuming you figured out how to get what you needed. Happy to look more closely at this if not.
