Maybe I'm overthinking it and it's just an example but if you are using 3 of 36 why would you be asking for a new limit? You have 33 to use, correct?

mikemalloy​ it's a fair point: we could probably lower the example values to better illustrate the concept. In this scenario, were you to attempt to deploy more than 33 instances, you'd be blocked by quota limitations, whereas attempting to deploy 15 would be allowed.
